You tell us what you want and we do all the work. Weddings - We assist you in selecting qualified vendors and venues
- All vendors will receive a hard copy of your final, complete wedding day itinerary
- Review all of vendor and venue contracts and arrangements
- Receive all deliveries from vendors
- We direct, per your request, the rehearsal and the wedding
- Supervise proper setup and design of ceremony and reception areas
- Ensure that the bride, the groom, parents, and the wedding party are relaxed and all attention focused on them
- Pin all corsages and boutonnieres
- We make sure that the entire wedding party and all wedding participants are in place at the start of the ceremony
- We ensure that the wedding starts on time unless otherwise instructed by you
- Wedding favors, guest book, toasting glasses, cake serving set, candles, programs, etc. will be collected at rehearsal and setup by us on your wedding day
- We carry with us a wedding day emergency kit with everything you could possibly need in case of an emergency
- Many times, but not always, we even have a seamstress on hand just in case someone tears a dress, loses a button, or a zipper gets stuck
- Make sure that all the musicians and soloists have the correct songs for the ceremony
- Make sure that all musicians and soloists are cued exactly at the precise time to ensure proper timing and pacing
- Inform you of your entrance time and make sure everything is perfect with you before you make your grand entrance
- Assist the photographer in gathering family and wedding party
- Direct the guests to the reception or cocktail reception after the wedding
- Greet the guests at the reception and be sure that hostesses, musicians, DJ, and caterers are in place
- Ensure that every decoration and detail has been executed to your specifications before allowing guests to enter reception
- Transfer any wedding decor to the reception if needed
- Supervise and communicate with the caterers to ensure that the meal is served in a timely manner
- Make sure DJ is playing appropriate music to keep guests on the dance floor
- Keep in contact with you and the groom at the reception in order that you will know what event happens next
- We guide you through the entire day making sure everything is on schedule
- Arrange your transportation from the wedding and reception
- Decorate your hotel room on your wedding night
- Collect all wedding gifts, cake top, toasting glasses, etc and place them in a designated car, per your request
